Welcome to the GCAA Logistics section

Dear Suppliers,

As part of ongoing efforts to improve the internal and external services offered by GCAA, the Logistics section has prepared a detailed survey for the Suppliers and organization associated with the GCAA. It can be filled and submitted by the various organization/suppliers dealing with the Logistics section. It contains questions related to their perception of how the Logistics section deals with suppliers.

With the help of the responses, we aim to get an unbiased evaluation of our performance and behavior. This will help us to  address any complaints, and use the suggestions to improve our relations with our suppliers.

In addition to the survey, we have also made efforts to update the database of all suppliers related to the GCAA. A link for the Supplier registration has been provided on the GCAA website, where any of the supplier can go and register themselves with their updated contact information. This updated database will make it very easy for us to locate the appropriate supplier and organization. 

I sincerely hope that the supplier survey and the database will help us in improving ourselves and our relations with our supplier friends.
