Overall responsibilities include:

Finance

  • The Finance Section is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, ensuring financial and legal compliance, and providing internal financial support and guidance. It also includes identifying and assessing financial risks, participating in procurement processes, responding to various audits, and managing budgets and reporting. Furthermore, it encompasses managing fixed assets, treasury, the general ledger, and preparing periodic financial statements.

General Administration:

  • General Administration section is responsible for managing staff Logistics, providing administrative and logistical support, including transportation, and handling travel arrangements and event logistics for the GCAA. Moreover, Facility Management focuses on maintaining GCAA property safety through maintenance and insurance, managing assets and inventories, and organizing security and guarding services across all facilities. It also manages Health, Safety, and Environment, involves developing and implementing systems and standards related to the health, safety, and hygiene of GCAA buildings.
