Legal Department is responsible for developing and implementing legal strategies, ensuring the GCAA's activities comply with laws, providing legal counsel, and protecting its interests. It also represents the GCAA in legal, judicial, and administrative proceedings, and drafts and reviews regulations and laws in coordination with various sectors. Furthermore, it provides legal opinions on non-commercial Memoranda of Understanding and agreements, drafts and reviews contracts, ensures compliance with policies, and represents the GCAA in legal forums.
